For The Children
I want the children to feel a sense of safety and security while in my classroom. I want them to feel love and acceptance, individuality and challenge, direction and purpose. And, I want them to have FUN and ENJOY themselves. I will create a classroom with all of these aspects; an environment which will allow the children to learn and grow.
For The Parents
I will work to create and maintain a good relationship with the parents of my children. I will provide detailed information on classroom activities, goals and progress feedback. I want each parent to feel comfortable leaving their child in my classroom, with the knowledge that their child is safe and well taken care of. I desire to form a partnership with each parent, to be approachable as a teacher and to make sure that each parent knows just how thankful I am for their children.
For Myself
I will do everything I can to see that each need is met within my classroom. I will do what is necessary to make sure each child knows that I care for them and that I want them to succeed. Their development is important to me. I commit myself to continual learning and training. I will strive to help each child develop at his or her own pace. I will continually incorporate new ideas and keep my children excited about learning. I will provide a curriculum that is both fun and challenging and I will encourage the growth of each individual student and their amazing mind!
