Paper Plates (You can buy black plates or paint them with black paint.)
White Paper Circles
Googly Eyes
Black Poms
Black Construction Paper (For the tear-out ears and whiskers.)
Red Paint
Staples (To attach the ears and the hat.)
Glue (To attach the white circle face, eyes, nose and whiskers.)
The Hat Pattern Below (Copying on white cardstock paper works best.)
